Sleek MakeUp iDivine Palette in Sunset - "Twelve shades of super-pigmented, longlasting, mineral based eyeshadow, designed to suit all. Sunset i-Divine creates coppery, smoky eyes with a splash of ocean blue from a palette that shimmers with color. With rusty metallic shades of deep bronze and burgundy, this palette gives a dramatic, flattering finish. It is the perfect summer holiday palette to add warmth and depth to eyes." - via www.sleekmakeup.com

Sunset shades represent the sun, sea and sand. With a blend of shimmering golds, reds and blues, this palette is perfect for that sun-kissed look.

Sunset: A burst of beautiful colors
This palette has been on my Buy List for a while now and when Luxola had a sale I finally got this. I've had good experience with Sleek products and I like their limited edition Arabian Nights eyeshadow palette so I was pretty sure I would also like this prior to receiving the item. I was not mistaken. All the colors in the Sunset palette just look so lush and rich.

The shades lean warm with predominantly red, orange, gold and bronze tones. The blue stands out and looks out of place but I figure it represents the sky when you think of "Sunset" colors. There are also enough lighter and neutral shades to choose from if you want to create a vibrant, nude look.

The eye shadows in the palette I got had no labels so I did some Google magic and found the names of each one. I wrote them in the transparent plastic protector (included in the palette) so that I can reference them for you. It's just easier this way and I would have appreciated it if Sleek took the (little) trouble to print out the names for us. What's the point of referencing the shade names in the back label (to create a look) but not put labels on them? I had no idea what shades they were talking about and it makes it more difficult to describe. (- end rant) *_*

Overall: Sleek MakeUp iDivine Palette in Sunset is a great palette even not considering the very affordable price. Each of the eye shadows have vibrant pigmentation, great color payoff and have a soft, buttery texture. They were very easy to blend. The colors look distinct when applied and don't end up looking like a muddy mess on the eyes. Longevity is also above average with most of the shadows lasting up to 6 hours. This palette is a definite steal at only about $12. (I will update with eye looks soon).

Update: Here is an eye look I made using the palette. The vibrant color is suitable when paired with a more neutral lip.
