Hello again. Hope you are all enjoying your 3-day weekend. I have another sneak peek to share with you: Maybelline's newest offering, the Color Jolt Matte Intense Lip Paint. There are 8 shades from the line all of which I don't find particularly
appealing as they seem to be on the vibrant (almost neon) side, except for the one lone
"nude" 04 Show Off Nude. I picked up two shades from the very limited selection:
01 Don't Pink With Me and 08 Flaunting My Pink.

01 Don't Pink With Me is a medium bright neon-y fuchsia pink. I'm not sure if this color is ever flattering on my skin tone. This can be a great color for summer and might work as a statement lip for those bold enough to wear this. Color payoff is great and this left a stain on my arm when I swatched this. I will have to see how this performs on the lips but color-wise, I don't think I'll be wearing this.

08 Flaunting My Pink is another medium bright pinky red with warm undertones. I find this kind of shade flattering and brightening against my skin tone so I have good hopes for this one. This stained a lot on my arms and it was really hard to remove, to the point of my skin getting red from the effort. I will also have to see how this performs on the lips.
