MAC x Steve J and Yoni P Lipstick in A Killing Smile |
Hello there and TGIF to everyone. To cap off the work week, I have a lipstick review (yey!). I featured this
MAC lipstick a few weeks ago and I'm now ready to share my thoughts on it.

Swatch: MAC x Steve J and Yoni P Lipstick in A Killing Smile |
A Killing Smile is a medium bright pinky-red with cool undertones and semi-matte
finish. As I've said I'm always drawn to these kind of shades: pinky-reds that's always face-brightening and flattering against my yellow skin tone. The color is reminiscent
of
All Fired Up which has more red (see comparison swatches below) while this lipstick looks pinker on me. Nevertheless, this is a really pretty which I think would suit most skin tones.

As with most of MAC's matte lipstick formulation, this has excellent color payoff and opaque pigmentation. This has a semi-matte finish which allows for it to glide effortlessly on my lips. Application is smooth and even.

On lips: MAC x Steve J and Yoni P Lipstick in A Killing Smile |
The creamy texture feels comfortable on the lips. This wore well for up to six hours, with no settling and needing no reapplication. The lipstick is neither moisturizing no
r drying but I did apply lip balm before putting this on.
