Hey everyone. Hope you all woke up on the right side of the bed. :) Awards season is in full gear and I am also on the lookout for them to see the latest styles and trends both in fashion and beauty. I've always found the makeup and dresses celebrities are wearing on the red carpet fascinating and aspirational. I watched the Golden Globe Awards this morning and here are ten of my favorite beauty and fashion looks:

2014 American Music Awards Best Dressed. On on to your hats as your most liked music stars come out this Sunday, Nov 23. for the 42nd American Music Awards. The spectacular musical event takes place at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California. The AMAs 2014 recognized the most popular artists and albums of 2014. Iggy Azalea leads the nominees with six nominations. It broadcasts live on ABC with Pitbull as host.

Best & Worst Dressed at the VMAs 2014 | Video Music Awards 2014 on August 24, 2014 at The Forum in Inglewood, California. This is 31st annual MTV Video Music Awards. Beyoncé leads the nominees with eight nominations while rappers Iggy Azalea and Eminem are behind her with seven.

The 26-year-old "Diamonds" singer went to a New York City nightclub on Wednesday wearing a small black bra top and roomy white boxer shorts. To add a touch of class in her otherwise "everyday" outfit, Rihanna paired her Underwear outfit with high-heeled sandals, an oversized dark denim jacket, and deep purple lipstick. Classy!

For the first time in history, a major awards show will be shown exclusively online. The 41st edition of the Daytime Emmy Awards will not be broadcasted on TV after organizers and several cable companies fail to strike a deal. Instead, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has decided to stream the awards ceremonies on its official website.

This is somehow a very bold move, foregoing the long-tradition of a TV broadcast in favor of a online live streaming. Can it be that the tides are really changing and the power of social media has taken over all of us?

Awards will be handed out in 25 categories, including several new ones, with Kathy Griffin hosting the exclusive online event. The academy hopes to attract more worldwide fans through social media sites such as YouTube, Facebook, Google Hangout, Twitter, Vine and Instagram. Will you be tuning in?

(Reuters) - American actress Scarlett Johansson has been named the sexiest woman alive for the second time by Esquire, the men's lifestyle magazine said on Monday.

"The Avengers" star was named sexiest woman in 2006 and is the only woman to have been given the title twice by the publication. The annual recipient of the title is chosen by Esquire editors.

Husky-voiced Johansson, who rose to prominence as a teenager in the 2001 cult film "Ghost World," stars in three films this fall. In "Don Jon" she plays the girlfriend of a pornography addict and in the sci-fi thriller "Under the Skin" she is a seductive extraterrestrial. She voices a man's computer companion in "Her."

"You know, I gotta hustle," Johansson told the magazine of her busy work schedule. "I'm a 28-year-old woman in the movie business, right? Pretty soon the roles you're offered all become mothers. Then they just sort of stop."

Johansson said last month she was engaged to marry French journalist Romain Dauriac. Her previous marriage to actor Ryan Reynolds ended in 2011 after three years.
