Hi guys. I finally took the plunge and subscribed to the Sample Room VIP Membership. The reason was that they were offering Belo Gluthathione samples. I figured I would eventually get my money's worth for the the duration of the 2-month membership.
Before this, I was already a regular member. I was able to try out this service when I got the Colour Collection lipstick, which I have reviewed here. Regular membership is free and would only entitle you to 100 points which you use to buy samples in their site. For regular members, the selection is very limited because most samples require more than 100 points to get.
With the Php 799 VIP membership, you get 1000 points. The points are recycled back to your account as soon as you make a review and rating.

Signing up was quick and easy. I paid through my Paypal account. After about 4 hours, they were already able to update my points so I was able to "buy" the Belo samples.
As an added perk, Sample Room would also send you a Free Gift. I didn't really expect much pertaining to the contents of the gift box because it was free. I was pleasantly surprised when it promptly arrived 2 days after I signed up.

The gifts came in a very pretty, floral box. I loved it because it looked so vintage and so feminine. The box is also quite sturdy, so I can certainly use this as a storage container for my what-nots.

There were three products incuded in the Free Gift: an aromatherapy oil, salt scrub, and face mask. All were full-sized, which I consider very generous. I'm happy that these were not mediocre items but ones that I would actually use.

First Impression: The Sample Room VIP Membership subscription really started on a positive note. I'm happy that I would be able to purchase more samples with the added points that I got. The added generous, free gift was an unexpected bonus. The Sample Room VIP Membership is a good bargain if you're looking to try out new products but don't want to commit to the full-sized items.
