Beauty Empties: January 2015
Hey guys! Can you believe that we are already saying goodbye to the first month of the year? Time flies so fast. For today, I am featuring a (hopefully) monthly product empties post to bid goodbye to those who sacrificed in the name of beauty. :D

I did forget to save the packaging of several face masks I used during the month because it totally slipped my mind. I usually just chuck the plastic straight to the bin right after I slap the mask on my face. I will make it a point to have an "Empties Box" so that I won't forget next time.

I tell you, it was really satisfying to see and throw away empty containers this morning. I feel that I get closure from it - sort of like a monthly purging of the bads. Besides forcing myself to be more steadfast in following a more substantial beauty routine. It also reminds me not to buy new products unless I really need it. This lot is really a poor attempt. I promise to consciously finish off more products next month.
Yves Rocher Nutri-Repair Conditioner, Clinique Liquid Facial Soap,
Pantene Pro V Aqua Pure Shampoo, Skin Food Papaya Yogurt Mask Wash Off
Yves Rocher Nutri-Repair Conditioner - The small sample lasted me a couple of washes. It did make my hair soft and tangle-free. This conditioner is very rich, more like a mask/cream. Satisfied with the results, performs better than average.
Verdict – Might repurchase in the future

Clinique Liquid Facial Soap (Mild) - I bought this sample to try out the formula. I've read middling reviews on this one so I was hesitant to buy full size. This 30-ml sample lasted me a month. It's mild and doesn't leave my skin tight and dry after wash. It did break me out a bit, with tiny bumps appearing on my face for a few days. Those disappeared after a week. Cleans pretty well, including some waterproof makeup.
Verdict – Repurchase in the future

Pantene Pro V Aqua Pure Shampoo - I was intrigued to see that Pantene would come out with this line. The formula is silicone free, dye free, and paraben free so I snatched up a big bottle at Watson's, which lasted me for about two months. Generally a good shampoo - deep cleanses my hair without over drying it. My hair feels light and bouncy right after wash. It did make my hair dry (or maybe it was feeling the absence of silicon), so deep conditioner is necessary.
Verdict – Repurchase in the future

Skin Food Papaya Yogurt Mask Wash Off - I had a hard time finishing this off. This sat in my bath for several months until I finally resolved to use it, whilst it will expire. Skin Food is well-known and raved for their masks so I tried this one to see if they would work on me. I did not feel any difference on my skin. It's just your average mask, which explains why I wasn't particularly excited about using this.
Verdict – Not repurchase
