Hello there. I'm here to brighten up your weekend. Today, I'll be reviewing a cream blush from Revlon (I have featured the blushes here: Flushed and Pinched). I bought this on sale and for the amount of product (more than 12g) that you get, it's quite a bargain.

Benefits:
- Creamy blush provides buildable, beautiful flush of color.
- Lightweight formula with silky soft feel on skin.
- Blends evenly over cheeks for smooth application.
- Photochromatic pigments bend and reflect light to provide cheeks with a beautiful glow.
- Inspired by the glowing skin of a beach beauty.
- Silky cream blushes glide on smoothly provide a dewy flush of color for a healthy, gorgeous glow.

This blush comes in a clear plastic jar with a black screw top. It's pretty simple and convenient. The plastic container feels light and travel-friendly.

Flushed is my preferred bright blush shade. It is a medium hot fuchsia pink with no shimmers and warm undertones. It looks bright on the pot, but the formula is sheer so it doesn't apply as bright and bold. You can definitely build up and layer this so you get a stronger pink flush. This everyday pinky shade works on a variety of complexions. On my NC 20 skin, this blush gives a healthy flush and is very wearable.

I like to apply this blush using my fingers, as it allows me to control where and how much I apply. It definitely looks very pigmented when swatched on the skin, however, it sheers out significantly upon blending. I have observed that this blush sinks in and is absorbed quickly by my (oily) skin so I have to apply several layers to get a stronger pigment.

The cream-to-powder formula makes this blush very blendable and easy to work with. You have ample time to blend out the color before the blush dries. The powdery texture feels lightweight and airy on the skin, with no stickiness nor greasiness whatsoever.

The color did not hold up well on my oily-combination skin. It lasted up to four hours before fading. The pretty and face-brightening color, translucent and lightweight formula do make up for the average wear. This is an easy and convenient blush for everyday use. If you happen to see it on sale, it's definitely worth a try.
