Hello there and hope you are all enjoying the weekend. I have a low-key day as I'm recharging my introvert batteries today. I'm also catching up to all my Netflix shows. Today, I'll be sharing a couple of face mists that I have been trying out for the past very hot summer months. First up is this face mist from Hello Gorgeous which I bought on buy one take one on beautyMNL.

Hello Gorgeous Rose Face Mist

This mist comes in a white, opaque plastic bottle with spray. The packaging is simple and straightforward and light enough to be travel-friendly. The spray mechanism also works well and I can get an even mist when spraying on my face.

The liquid inside is light pink color. It's lightly-scented of roses which was pleasant and not overwhelming. The scent lingers a bit on the skin which is a plus for those who like flowery scents. Additionally and fortunately, the peppermint smell is not very strong.

This rose face mist is great as a pick me up for those hot sticky days. It feels very refreshing on the skin. I have also used this as a toner/makeup prep and it does a good job of hydrating and moisturizing the skin. The mist also brightens and revitalizes the complexion and calms down redness on my skin. At times when I feel really hot and the weather is too humid, I spray this all over my face, including my hair and down my arms. It really gives an invigorating feeling and lifts my spirits. I feel that it helps with keeping the oiliness of my skin at bay. I also did not experience any breakouts while using this.
